1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a package or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us with a booking reference number. Full booking details will be emailed within 24 hours of payment.

3. Payment

We accept credit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer, Zelle, and Cash App. A deposit of 30% secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the travel date. Full payment options are also available.

4. Pricing

All prices are in USD and include taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and full payment is received.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, and travel insurance. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total cost of your booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel disruptions beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with US law.
