Refund Policy

Refund Schedule

Our refund schedule is based on how far in advance you cancel from your travel date:

• 60+ days before travel: Full refund minus a $100 processing fee
• 30–59 days before travel: 50% refund of total paid
• 15–29 days before travel: 25% refund of total paid
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank transfers and manual payments may take longer. We will confirm the refund amount in writing before processing.

Deposit Refunds

Deposits are refundable according to the schedule above. A minimum processing fee applies to all refunds.

Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters, government travel restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events, we will offer credit vouchers or reschedule your trip at no additional cost.

To request a refund, please contact us with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
