Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written notice.

Cancellation Fees

• 60+ days before departure: $100 administration fee
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost
• 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total booking cost
• 0–14 days before departure: 100% of total booking cost (no refund)

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a tour if minimum group requirements are not met, or due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, you will be offered: a full refund, a credit toward future travel, or an alternative trip of equal value.

Trip Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to illness, injury, or other emergencies. We can recommend travel insurance providers upon request.
