Everything you need to know about booking your Zanzibar holiday.

booking

How do I book a Zanzibar holiday package?
You can book directly on this site by selecting a package and completing the secure checkout, or message our team on WhatsApp for a custom itinerary. We respond within minutes during business hours and confirm bookings within 24 hours.
What is included in your Zanzibar holiday packages?
Our packages typically include accommodation, airport transfers, daily breakfast, and selected guided activities. International flights, visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless specified. Each package page lists exactly what is and is not included.

payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe, plus PayPal. For larger bookings we also accept bank transfer and mobile money. A 30% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never see or store your full card details. You will receive a payment confirmation email immediately after each transaction.

cancellation

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations 30-60 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable, but we will help you reschedule wherever possible.

travel

Do I need a visa to visit Zanzibar?
Most visitors need a visa to enter Tanzania (which includes Zanzibar). Tourist visas are available on arrival at Zanzibar airport for around USD 50 for most nationalities, or you can apply online in advance. Check our visa requirements guide for your country.
When is the best time to visit Zanzibar?
June to October is the dry season and the most popular time — sunny days, low humidity, and ideal beach weather. December to February is also dry and slightly hotter. Avoid the long rains in April-May. See our month-by-month weather guide for details.
Is Zanzibar safe for tourists?
Zanzibar is generally very safe for tourists. The main precautions are the same as anywhere — keep valuables in your hotel safe, avoid walking alone on isolated beaches at night, and use registered taxis or transfers arranged by your accommodation. Our team is on call 24/7 during your stay.
